Mechanism of Action

A vinca alkaloid that binds to tubulin and alters the micro-tubular spindle structure, which leads to cell lysis.


Indications

Investigational use for head and neck cancer, esophageal cancer, breast cancer, melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, lymphoma.


Metabolism/Excretion

Metabolized in the liver; excreted in urine and feces.
