An alkylating agent that binds to DNA, inhibits DNA synthesis, and leads to cell death.
Indications
Chronic lymphoblastic leukemia, chronic myelogenous leukemia, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, mycosis fungoides, polycythemia vera.
Metabolism/Excretion
Metabolized in the liver; excreted in urine.
Dosage Range
Varies based on individual response.
