Mediates the potentiation of monocyte, macrophage, T-lymphocyte, and antibody production.

Indications

Combined with 5-fluorouracil for patients with Duke’s C resected colon cancer.

Metabolism/Excretion

Metabolized in the liver; excreted in urine.
